RETURNS & COMPLAINTS
If you are not satisfied with your latest purchase, you have 30 days after receipt of your order to return the products in their original, unopened and unused condition (including gift boxes).
You will then be refunded 100% within 14 days of receipt of your order.
If you are not satisfied with your latest purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
Step 1 :

explaining the reason: Right of withdrawal or damaged package.
2nd step :
If your package is damaged, we will send you a return label. On the other hand, if you simply wish to return your order because it does not suit you, the return will be at your expense. You will need to send the product(s) and a copy of your invoice by email or post to:

If you are shipping one or more items worth more than 50 euros, we suggest that you use a delivery service with tracking and/or signature upon delivery, but also that you also take out insurance. delivery.

We do not do exchanges, only returns and refunds. However, you can return the item you don't want to keep for a full refund and place a new order for the item you want instead.
You have a withdrawal period of 30 days to return the item(s) from the day of delivery of the package. To avoid paying the return costs which remain your responsibility, you can refuse the package when it is delivered to your home or leave the package at the Relay Point.

No, unfortunately it is not possible to return more than one order at the same time. You must return your orders separately. We will provide you with a shipping label if you received a damaged package.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to you
confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision whether to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, the refund will be effective once your return is registered in our system. The amount refunded will be paid to the card used for the purchase. Please note that refunds may take up to 14 days to appear depending on your credit card.
If you have not yet received your refund within 14 days, please contact the entity
your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

If you have received a damaged or defective product, we invite you to contact us by email: contact@belaia-paris.com, or through the contact form by selecting the reason "Damaged package". You will need the order information to complete the claim. As part of the claims process, we ask you to upload a photo of the product. When you submit a claim for a damaged or defective product, you have the option to immediately request a reshipment or a refund.
If you require additional assistance with your declaration, please contact us via our helpdesk by selecting "Damaged or defective product" as the reason to contact.
If you received the wrong item in your order, we invite you to contact us by email: contact@belaia-paris.com, or via contact form by selecting the reason "Wrong package".
Upon receipt of this complaint, our customer service will process your request as soon as possible. We will send you a shipping label, so you can send us back a package containing the wrong item(s). We will thank you for not returning the item(s) without contacting our Customer Service.
Your refund will be issued once your return has been received and processed in our warehouse. The amount will be refunded to the account or credit card used for the purchase. Please note that credit card order refunds may take longer to process depending on the bank your credit card is affiliated with.

With the standard shipping option, it takes between 1 and 3 business days after receipt of your order for it to be delivered to our carrier.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking link.

delivery confirmation. Simply click on the link to
consult the tracking of your order.
It is possible that several hours after receiving the email the tracking status is not updated
on the carrier's website, no worries, this will be done automatically.

Attention:
You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order including sales tax, value added tax, customs duties and excise duties.
The package will be delivered to the customer against signature and upon presentation of a identity document. In the event of absence, a delivery notice will be left with the customer, to allow them to collect their parcel from their post office.
If unfortunately your package is really damaged upon delivery, please refuse it so that it returns to our warehouse.

DISCOUNT CODE
Once you have added the items you wish to purchase to your cart, you can enter the discount code in the dedicated space during checkout. After entering the discount code, click "apply": the total cost of your order will be automatically updated.

Unfortunately no, discount codes do not work on sale items.
No, it is not possible to combine discount codes with birthday codes or

Our candles are handcrafted in France, using only soy and coconut wax. They are vegan and biodegradable and are not tested on animals.
